Independent Signatories of
The Manifesto for Agile Software Development

We are uncovering better ways of developing software by doing it and helping others do it. Through this work we have come to value:
  • Individuals and interactions over processes and tools
  • Working software over comprehensive documentation
  • Customer collaboration over contract negotiation
  • Responding to change over following a plan

That is, while there is value in the items on the right, we value the items on the left more.

Stephen Folan: (Atos Origin) I used a lot of the principles that were codified in the Agile Manifesto before they were codified.
Sherry Sterling: I totally agree
Alex Forbes: (AccuRev Inc.) Values the RIGHT TOOLS to support individuals and interactions using proper processes.
Bruce Kenny: As relevant, critical and applicable today as they were 8 years ago. Revisiting on the anniversary of the “birth” of the manifesto – a small ritual to recommit to the 12 principles.
Francis Fong: (The Open Sky Group, LLC)
Md Mostofa Azad: I would like to signup for this !! Agile is the way to go in developing quality software
Marco Santacruz.
Kelvin Hartnall: (http://www.hartnall.com) I find it amazing that after all this time, the Waterfall approach is still the industry standard!
Curt Sardeson: (The Open Sky Group, LLC)

Suhas Joshi: I fully support Agile Manifesto ...
Phil Bristol: (Projectivity Solutions) Transform your thinking, take action, produce results - Be Agile
Torbjörn Jonson: (Eskadern Företagsutveckling AB)
Wojtek Hoch: (wojtekhoch.com)
Brian Steed: Craig Larman's Agile & Iterative Development is the first time I have seen in words what works.
Tariq Mahmood: (Freelance) I always believed as a software developer iterative and incremental approach is best when it comes to software development. It helps developer to understand and build a solution and customer to clearly understand their requirement and get software early in time.

Ayuba Audu: (Florida Tech)
Dmytro Dolyna: (GeeksForLess Inc) Agile IT!
David Multer: (Multer.com) After over 3 decades of developing software, it's great to see a talented group of fellow developers say what really matters.
steen lerche-jensen: (IASTB - International Agile Testing Board)
Javier Vázquez Rodriguez: (Joontos GmbH)
Johnny Scarborough: (GlobalLogic) Time and time again I have seen it proven that people are the most important aspect of building innovation in software. The right people at the right time with the right tools can make wonderful products and am enthralled to support the Agile way and move it forward wherever I am.
Samuel Yap: We strive for creating better software.
Abhishek Sharma: (TCS) True Agile development spirits must be promulgated, as the shammers are stigmatizing Agile as synonym for no process.
Joseph Wilk: (Extreme Programmer)
SANDEEP SEERAPU: (JBA International LLC) "Agile Development" is an umbrella term for several iterative and incremental software development methodologies.
John Manuel: (Hewlett-Packard)

Nick Regalado.
jamal M. Almostafa: (EDCO)
Alexander Ekstrand.
Senthilkumar Ravindran: (Polaris Software Labs) Reducing waste and reaching the best possible value in the shortest span of time incorporating constant feedback from those who are going to use the system/service to achieve the business goal is the common sense approach. Agile takes us from Complexity to Simplicity. I am proud to be signing this.
Richard Bogle: (4sight Financial Software) Implementing Agile and Scrum for 4sight Financial Software. Agile is central to the company's plans to overhaul their products.

José Tiburcio Ribeiro Netto: (Mineiro - Rails Development)
Andy Chadwick: At last, a just get on with it and make it happen mantra. So many software projects overrun the deadline, get pulled and have nothing to show, at least with Agile methods you should have worked out what gives the best value to the customer first, this should quickly start to payback the development costs and ease project managers and key stake holders concerns. Once running, further possibilites, previously unforseen, enhancements may become realised, and take priority for delivering quick wins, maximising the usefulnes of the development effort early on. The user will learn to use the application because of the direct involvement with dev team. And because the process is iterative, it builds on knowledge gained through its use as features are requested. The docuemntation begins with how to get started and evolves as the features are written, with most existing users never reading it anyway. A daily build, will help to build camaradery amongst the individual team members to help each other complete their daily work targets. Altogether a winning combination for the customer, the managers, the devs, the testers, and the accountants.
Tim Rosenblatt: (Cloudspace) Yes.
ASSOULINE: (Sopra Group)
David Beaumier: (Elapse Technologies) I firmly believe the values and principles can help development teams to realize their full potential. / Je crois fermement que les valeurs et principes du manifeste peuvent aider les équipes de développement à réaliser leur plein potentiel
Jim Pellouchoud.
Eric Brachhausen: As a facilitator of cross-sector collaborations, I think the manifesto is a good model for many types of collaboration, whether based on software as the outcome or some other product serving the common good. Reduced even further, one could say agile development is an experiential versus a structural approach.
