Independent Signatories of
The Manifesto for Agile Software Development

We are uncovering better ways of developing software by doing it and helping others do it. Through this work we have come to value:
  • Individuals and interactions over processes and tools
  • Working software over comprehensive documentation
  • Customer collaboration over contract negotiation
  • Responding to change over following a plan

That is, while there is value in the items on the right, we value the items on the left more.

Olurotimi (Roti) Akinsanmi: (mobileXcetera Limited) Agile is about change, and change in the only constant in life!
Lino Silva.
Krishna Kishore: Though we did not know that it is Agile software development methodology, we had been using this kind of development past 5-6 years. This seems to be very effective than having full fledged design because requirements can mostly never be frozen at the beginning of the project.
John A. Alba G: Pair Programming!!, at first glance it sounds weird mainly when you are used to work with another sort of non-lightweight methodologies. I am pretty sure individuals and interactions over other issues will allow programmers to get the job done faster with good quality sharing knowledge and achieving results materialized in good working software, the most important is that it will improve programmer's life at least from the quality point of view, no more long working days with more than eight hours a day. Adopting an agile approach will be the next step in software houses.
Adriana Ruiz: (OnProject) I will work to apply agile practices to the projects I manage in Costa Rica. I will work to wed the best practices of PMI with the principles of the Agile Manifesto.
Alex Hubner: (http://www.alexhubner.com) As Elvis aways said: little less conversation, little more action.
Philip Feairheller: Working in a non-Agile environment after a year and a half in an Agile environment has made me passionate about the values of Agile.
Young Gong / Chunyang Gong: I am working for a outsourcing software company right now when I add my name here, over the several years past, I have worked on a few projects which followed a custom and adaptive agile methodology which enabled us to continuous deliver valuable software to our customers and users. Quite interested in Agile methods and fully support the growth of Agile philosophy.
Steve Gonosey: (GNF Consulting)

Rob Hooijberg.
Martin Buchholtz: (Nokia Siemens Networks) Based on about 100 elements the universe is built; based on 26 letters the bible and books of world literature are written; based on 4 values and 12 principles well executable software can be established. --> I love simplicity!
Rick Bitzel: As an IT Professional in Business & Systems Analysis, Project Management, IT Management and Application Development I have found Agile methods to be the most effective way to meet customer needs and expectations each of which relates directly to the success of the project and the company.
Marcus Mitchell: (Mobile Interactive Technology) We use these principals. We love them; they work. Our clients love them. We are happier as a result =]
Adam Scheblein: (Intel Corporation) I started as a junior programmer following the eXtreme Programming methodology. I've since spent a few years in the waterfall. Agile helped me to build confidence in my coding, while Waterfall taught me to love Agile. =)
Robert McGregor: Only today did I discover that the "Agile" buzz I've been hearing so much about is basically the same way my small team has been doing things for nearly 10 years, simply because it's always made sense to us to work that way. Great minds think alike, eh?
David Putnam.
Ross DeMeyere: (DeMeyere Design)
Jim Heath: I'm fully committed to Agile. A positive, more human project delivery method.
Gianguido: This is the only way to go.
