The Manifesto for Agile Software Development
We are uncovering better ways of developing
software by doing it and helping others do it.
Through this work we have come to value:
That is, while there is value in the items on the right, we value the items on the left more.

David Dunn: I wholeheartedly support the Agile Manifesto. I have been practicing project management in a very similar fashion since the mid 1990's. This is the only practical and reasonable method of performing project management.
Manuel Angel Rubio Jiménez: (http://bosqueviejo.net)
Bryan Merrill: (Three Things Project) In my 14 years in the software development game, I have seen the principles of the Agile Manifesto emerge in the most successful and engagng projects. The principles retip the corporate see-saw to ensure that the value of people and human relationships is understood to be just as important as an effective outcome. I dedicate the rest of my life to applying Agile principles in all aspects of my life.

Holly Bielawa: (Agile Growth Strategies, LLC) After 10 years, these principles are now being applied outside of software development. This is a ringing endorsement! Agile will be used everywhere in the next 10 years.
Juan T. Alvarado.
Tom Hoye: (Merrimack Valley Information Systems, Inc.) I realized that what I had been practicing for a number of years was indeed Agile development. I believe it comes more naturally to most people and anything that reduces or eliminates reams of documentation and diagrams is automatically on my 'A' list. The best analogy I can offer is a coach or manager of a team. You know the basics of how the game will go but you need to be able to modify as the game goes on, adjusting to events occurring during the game, and this is how I believe all software should be developed.
Bernd Straehle: (http://www.berndstraehle.com/)
Daniel Gullo: (Gullo Industries Inc.) These principles are as much business related as they are technology-based; i.e. the focus is on customer satisfaction through product functionality, usability, and quality rather on a process that is assumed to be all encompassing and infallible. With such a focus, there is naturally a tendency toward success. -DJG
David Coleman: (Web Hosting) I fully subscribe to these principles and encourage other organisations to do the same. Agile principles create workable solutions.
Brian McKeough: (Bank of America Merrill Lynch)

Jon M. Stout: (Aspiration Software LLC) We are a software developer and systems integrator and we focus on the United States Intelligence Community. Our objective is to increase the quality of our software services and reduce time/cost in implementation. By doing this we will increase customer satisfaction. Agile software development, as expressed in the Manifesto, is an important strategy to meet our goals. We agree with the Manifesto. Jon M. Stout
Phillip Considine: (MIP) We are committed as a professional services delivery organisation, to Agile development of Corporate Information Systems including Data Warehouses, Data Marts, Analytic Cubes and BI tools.
Mark Collins: (MHCOLLINS LLC) The Agile Manifesto is a rational and expedited approach to the development of customer centric solutions. This process provides a responsive and dynamic alternative to the traditional waterfall / policy centric approach to development.

Ioan VÎNTOIU: Four priceless principles I believe in, I sustain them, and I apply them.
Rune Smistad: (Smistad Kommunikasjon Ltd.) For real user centered solutions - Agile is the only philosophy!
Julia Dain: (Black Pepper Software) Agile practices are far and away the best I have ever used for software development; the most effective and the most enjoyable.
