Independent Signatories of
The Manifesto for Agile Software Development

We are uncovering better ways of developing software by doing it and helping others do it. Through this work we have come to value:
  • Individuals and interactions over processes and tools
  • Working software over comprehensive documentation
  • Customer collaboration over contract negotiation
  • Responding to change over following a plan

That is, while there is value in the items on the right, we value the items on the left more.

João Lúcio Cardozo Espíndola: Utilizo metodologias ágeis desde 2008 e só tenho benefícios com estas metodologias, hoje divulgo bastante sobre agil. =)
Barbara Young: (Crazy4Clipons.com) As a former Project Manager I know the importance of performing the key role to facilitate, serve and protect a team and to help to resolve roadblocks at the right time. Following the Agile principles help Project managers and team members keep the right attitude, to work hard, to accomplish projects successfully.
Marcus Krassmann: (Silpion IT-Solutions)
Sarah Dykstra.
Harry Ho: We once forced to provide an extra team member just to document the software and worst of all, each of us still need to verify it as the said member barely do the development. Ergo my stand is to say yes to agile and especially to "Working software over comprehensive documentation".
J'aime Ohm: (http://www.jaimeohm.com) A beautiful approach.
Andreas Josten: (procise gmbh) in previous positions I worked as Product Manager, using parts of the agile methodology (iterative development) without knowing about Agile. Now, as CSM and experienced through various projects, I`ll foster my experience :-)
Virginia Wilson: (Suncorp)
Carlos Pons: I think being agile is the best way to match current business requirements with project deliverables.
Justin Zollars: (http://www.justinzollars.com)
George Memenios: Achieving simplicity is a really complicated process and requires accumulated wisdom. At the end of the day, simple things do work. Thank you for offering to the community this simple manifesto.
Pavel Svintsov: (Avicom Business Technologies) Agile is what we need to develop quality software for our customers in time.
Christoph Siegesmund: (360 Treasury Systems) The only way I know to develop software in a most effective, human and 'species-appropriate' manner for all partipants!
Dave Caswell.
Stefan Tinel.
Soldatkin Yuriy: (Avicom Business Technologies)
De Turris: Definitivement.
Adam Martin.
Andrew Burrows: (Large Animal Games) We have used Agile production methods successfully for over 3 years at Large Animal Games, and at this point could not imagine returning to the form of development used previously. Swift turnaround of functional software is ever more essential in our field of social gaming.
Jordan Meyerowitz: ( ) I support the Agile Manifesto!
Ant Kutschera: (maxant)
Roeland Mors.
David Geissler: I fully endorse these values. However, I would like to add that “Qualitative Change Flows Upwards”. This is an important distinction as these shared values can only be distributed by shared ideals across multiple functions that flow throughout organizations. Sincerely, -d
De loof Nicolas: (http://www.loof.fr)
Fabien Bézagu: (http://fabien.bezagu.free.fr) I fully endorse these values and principles and try to propagate them.
Lanton Hulisani Vhengani: (Tsumbedzo Consulting)
Amritendu Mukherjee: (JDA) Came to know about this in a agile training program arranged by my company and felt good about the whole thing. I would like to explore it more to reap the max for my team.
Henrique Lino da Rocha.
Solomon Jones.
Dante Castiglione Maldonado: (ABC Consulting) I have worked with many, many development teams over the years, and have found that successfull teams work, intuitively, in a way that is very similar to what Scrum proposes. So I'm glad it has a name.
