Independent Signatories of
The Manifesto for Agile Software Development

We are uncovering better ways of developing software by doing it and helping others do it. Through this work we have come to value:
  • Individuals and interactions over processes and tools
  • Working software over comprehensive documentation
  • Customer collaboration over contract negotiation
  • Responding to change over following a plan

That is, while there is value in the items on the right, we value the items on the left more.

Ponvinayagan Krishnasamy: Hi, From the customers perspective who are undergoing critical competition in the global market the change to the business model need to happen frequently and swiftly and in-turn the software which enables the business must also do. To implement this from the customer and business perspective this methodology is more convenient and meeting the businees requirements from the vendor. But the vendor would really suffer if this methodology is not followed with 100% complaince and just the points which are more convenient for the customers and business. Regards Vinay

Rob Anders: (AndersDX) I support the manifesto as I believe this is a good practice for software development.
Justin Butcher: (Find Energy Savings) Good luck, I support the manifesto.
Max: (Fashionhate) I always use agile programming with all of my projects, it's the best method for development!
Bryce Undy: (DEEWR) Business Analyst should be measured by the communication and collaboration and of course, working software. Not the amount of paperwork produced, but the quality of communication. This way we focus on our end users and delivering the best possible product for our business, not whether the document is 'complete', but wether the business is working with us hand in hand to the finish line and beyond.
Patrick Mulder: (http://mtpartners.de) Continuous feedback is indeed one of the most important tools in programming. The importance of dialogue is greatly summarized by the Agile Manifesto!
Sam Zhao.
Lance Zhang: (http://www.lancezhang.cn)
Nicolas DAlleva: (Specialty Telephone Answering Service) I 100% support the agile Manifesto. I develop software for an answering service using a ton of open source technologies and always try to create the best output - many times forgetting about the customer. Agile works by letting us know that there are people out there!
Girish Hegde: Agile Manifesto is one of the best things to happen in Software Development!
Glynn Brewer: (CT Lien Solutions)

budiono: (pratama) I totally agree with the Agile Manifesto. I've used this way of developing software with Genexus for DOS (way back then) and even though I didn't have a name for it, it was very well received by customers, specially when several customers used the same software product.
Marco Antonio Pérez Arreguín: (Bloque9) Es un placer para mí, firmar el manifiesto. Las metodologías llegaron para cambiar la forma de crear software pero mas importante, de satisfacer al cliente.
Ewan O'Leary: Aspirant agilist, learning every day, every interaction and every project.
Mick Smith: (guitar teachers blackburn) Thank you for the service you provide. I fully support the agile manifesto.
Jarris Wilkins: As a project manager that comes from a development background, I believe that Agile methods are more intuitive and productive when implemented according to the principles you have defined! Thank you for your efforts and the groundwork upon which I stand today.
Myriam ADAM: Trying to use these principles in crop modelling.
Soji Agbana: (BTL Consulting Inc.) Methods and techniques that really works. I would like to see our thoughts elevate beyond Agile for Software Development. Let us think through application of Agile methods to other areas in the technology spectrum.
Valis Houston: (Acacia PM Consulting)
Kateryna Iurchenko.
Andrew Morris: Collaborative, informative, and meaningful.
Blake Nyquist: (http://b1ak3.com) I have been leading, championing and promoting Agile practices far too long to NOT openly support the Agile Manifesto here. While our numbers are growing, we are still an enlightened minority. We must continue spreading the word in a positive, exemplifying way.
Abdul Haseeb Malik: I whole heartily support the Agile Manifesto. Although I'm currently a student I wish to utilize the principles in my career.
River Martinez: (Universidad Nacional de Ingenieria Managua, Nicaragua)
Nathan Stanford: I realy love Agile when it is followed completely.
Matt Clarke: (Graphic Designer) Agile software development is the way forward, I would help if I could.

Diane Pither-Patterson: (Viforce, Inc)
David Huntley: (1-20)
Cristiano H. Santos: I am a professional with more than 10 years. I support the manifesto.
Tarik EL AIMACH: (Capgemini) Succeeding in a project requires a human centered value approach. Hence, the agile manifesto is a good start to get maturity for a young industry such as software development.
Christine Berkmann.
Andres Sosa: (SquareBall Studios) SquareBall Studios endorses the Agile Software Development Manifesto.
Rodney Sellers: I am a IT Director that uses agile to keep our project on time and the stress to a manageable level.
Pat Bankes: (Shire pharmaceuticals )
Caroline Raj: Agile approach makes a lot of sense in this results-driven IT market. All of us in some way or the other have always yearned for a better angelic alternative to the traditional ways that IT projects are managed. And scrum is the answer to this search. Agile approach improves interpersonal interactions in the team & leads to sharing the commitment to achieve the end-result. Though being agile takes away the "Tada" moment, it gives way to lots of "Thank goodness we noted this" moments during the course of sprints. I strongly support this Agile manifesto. Sensible work folks :-)
Kellan Steel.
Doug Hurdelbrink: (City of Chicago)
Mark Fogg: (Mercury Algorithm) Agile works. PMI + Agile is worthwhile and harder, because it conveys the long term strategic interests of business to IT especially well.
Neil Killick: (neilkillick.com) The word "Agile" is used to mean lots of things nowadays. Scrum, continuous improvement/delivery, TDD, vertical slice user stories, cross-functional teams, daily standups, retrospectives, Kanban walls, etc. While all of these are valuable methods to use when building something, by themselves they do not represent Agile. Sometimes we need to step back and remember the underlying principles of why we want to be agile, and the Agile Manifesto is the place to do this.
sudhakar thandavamoorthy: (Nationwide Insurance) Great manifesto. No wonder Agile is working bcoz these are the basics and this manifesto is addressing the basics
Amamdi Anthony C.: (University of Southampton) Interaction births conformity, actions are definitions for effectiveness, extensibility is friendliness and responding is for the living! I say yes to the above and to Agile Methods.
