Independent Signatories of
The Manifesto for Agile Software Development

We are uncovering better ways of developing software by doing it and helping others do it. Through this work we have come to value:
  • Individuals and interactions over processes and tools
  • Working software over comprehensive documentation
  • Customer collaboration over contract negotiation
  • Responding to change over following a plan

That is, while there is value in the items on the right, we value the items on the left more.

Petr Gorbounov: (formerly of CERN and SpinX Technologies SA) I had come to similar principles by myself, through my 35-years long career as an applied physicist and s/w developer. Recently, I needed to provide a brief description of those principles or identify them with some commonly recognized s/w development model. I was happy to have found almost literal description of them in the Agile Manifesto.
Dale Rochon: (Advanced Advertising Forum) Managing Director - I often find myself acting as the customer representative in an agile environment to answer mid-iteration questions for technical and business stakeholders on multiple, technically complex, mission-critical, and high-profile projects in Media & Entertainment. I fully endorse the Agile Manifesto.

David J. Slick: (http://twitter.com/david_slick) I endorse the values and principles defined in the Agile Manifesto and have experienced for myself the joy of working in an agile environment and the practical benefit of developing software with colleagues who also embrace these values.
Cleo Hickmann Junior: Extreme Programming has come to change the concept of most developers, and I am among them.
Aludirk Wong: Let's keep thing agile !
James Curran.
William Yates: (Center for Economic Studies) I've been the only developer in my organization for a long time. Limited resources meant that we could not follow the traditional software development (waterfall) model. It seemed ridiculous to have me write software design documents that only I would read. I've been using Agile method for awhile without knowing it had a formal name. It's a pleasure knowing that this is a genuine movement. Developers are finally being recognized as truly creative inventors and not just mind-numb coders that can't be trusted. Great works of art are created by visionary individuals, not bloated project management teams.
Björn Radon: (Netpioneer GmbH)
Vadim Shashenko.
Matt Hernandez: As a Quality Assurance Tester, I agree with, and will follow the manifesto. A step in the right, and productive, direction.
James Grundvig: (Cloudnician LLC) The 4 principles listed are right on target. Adaption, Collaboration, Working Software, and Individuals and Interaction. My own 5th to this list of principles is to eliminate the "Tower of Babel" effect that software with many program languages and myriad native file types and formats, which put a drag on productivity in any industry, by "Communicating" integrity data more intuitively, organically, and simply by doing so via cleaner UIs than the old linear-log format for relaying information.
Roy Rivera.
Adam Nowicki: (p-manent Consulting GmbH) Yes, i do!
ZHANG lei: Try to be Agile
Brian K. Martin, M.D..
Javier Liarte.
Ulrich Schröter: (Ulrich Schröter & Partner Unternehmensberatung / empat GmbH & Co. KG) When founding our consulting company in 1987 I had experience in programming for several years (starting on CP/M Machines with MBasic which came on an 8" floppy from a 35 men company called Microsoft). I founded USP to protect clients from the ways that software companies I had worked for shredded money in doing IT Projects the way they did. The Agile Manifesto exactly expresses the way how to do it right. And this has not changed until today (02/2012).
Tim Gregory: (Property24) We support the Agile Manifesto through our development methodology used to build one of South Africa's leading online property portals
Tony Miles: Interested party

Sean Lane Fuller: (Cubic Transportation Systems) I support the Agile Manifesto because it values what is important in software development, i.e. the software, the customer, evolving requirements, and minimizing unnecessary work.
Leon van Bokhorst: (ADA ICT)
ANCIA David: (www.iloveweb.be) I'm a developper of website in Belgium and agility method's are nice for big concept
David Schohl: (D.S. Corporate Solutions)
MOTOC Vasile: Looking back at basis of organisation and planning ways for projects management - looking for a new job - I realize that Agile is expressing the way I always tried to and effectively work in my software developping jobs. What a great feeling to get a synthetic expression of what I thought was just a feeling of work and an unstructured way of organizing it, looking for flexibility and efficiency. But it's more for THE big project of our life : it's just a general way of thinking that leads to living flexibility for efficiency.
Cousin Patrick: (Superid) We are a web development company in Belgium and we use agile methods for their effectiveness. We can not do without it, our customers are happy and that's really what counts. Customer satisfaction.
