Independent Signatories of
The Manifesto for Agile Software Development

We are uncovering better ways of developing software by doing it and helping others do it. Through this work we have come to value:
  • Individuals and interactions over processes and tools
  • Working software over comprehensive documentation
  • Customer collaboration over contract negotiation
  • Responding to change over following a plan

That is, while there is value in the items on the right, we value the items on the left more.

Chris Beliveau: (Siemens Healthcare) I met Kent Beck, Ward Cunningham and Martin Fowler at an XP Seminar some 12 years ago in Santa Cruz. Every project that I've done with small teams using this approach has been successful, I'm struggling now with a large group - reviewing the agile manifesto has reinvigorated me.

Having adopted the DevOps model in the organization I work for and seeing the benefits of collaboration and constant managed change. I can definitely say Agile is the way forward. Continuous Delivery, DevOps and Agile definitely work if implemented right. Nitin

Josh Aronoff: (http://www.josharonoff.com) I've worked in large organizations who've wanted to adopt Agile, and small startups who pretty much did it out of intuition. Small agile teams are where it's at. Or skunkworks autonomous interdisciplinary teams in large corps work. No other way really works anymore.

Collecting a great team and providing them an atmosphere conducive to open communication and being able to make adjustments on the fly provides second to none results.

Agile Manifesto is thought-provoking to get back to basics with team focus on product excellence and not process excellence. I endorse here to follow Agile Manifesto in product development to achieve business excellence for our customers.
Oscar Gomez: (PSL Software without borders) We support the agile development of Software. This is a great way to develop Software when you want to offer nearshore services to Canada and United States.
