  • Working software over comprehensive documentation
  • Customer collaboration over contract negotiation
  • Responding to change over following a plan

That is, while there is value in the items on the right, we value the items on the left more.

Neelkanth Sharma: I have been working in agile methodology for the last 4 years and the amount and quality of churn which we have begun to do no is far greater than what we were doing while using traditional methods of software development. There is lot of scope in agile to find if anything is wrong in the beginning itself instead of reaching the end of the journey and then finding the fault, which leaves no choice but to make the complete journey again.
