That is, while there is value in the items on the right, we value the items on the left more.

Often customers at the beginning of project, they have got just an idea of what they need. Collaboration between team members, project managers and customers, production of frequents software releases, will allow to reach easily common goals. Software developed will be inline with what customers need, customers will be very happy, team members will be enriched with knowledge, knowledge is widespread with collaborations, cost of projects will lower than other methods and software will be easy to mantain.
