Independent Signatories of
The Manifesto for Agile Software Development

We are uncovering better ways of developing software by doing it and helping others do it. Through this work we have come to value:
  • Individuals and interactions over processes and tools
  • Working software over comprehensive documentation
  • Customer collaboration over contract negotiation
  • Responding to change over following a plan

That is, while there is value in the items on the right, we value the items on the left more.

Gareth Baxendale MBCS CITP: (http://www.ITwaffle.com) The Agile method and the principles of the manifesto are tried and tested. They simply work, and keeping it simple is a key driver for the Agile delivery method. Having managed development teams over the years it has become ever more obvious that the delivery of systems runs alongside with the business, as both approach the finish line together knowing they have supported each other for mutual benefit.
