Independent Signatories of
The Manifesto for Agile Software Development

We are uncovering better ways of developing software by doing it and helping others do it. Through this work we have come to value:
  • Individuals and interactions over processes and tools
  • Working software over comprehensive documentation
  • Customer collaboration over contract negotiation
  • Responding to change over following a plan

That is, while there is value in the items on the right, we value the items on the left more.

Sergey Mashkov: For me, first of all it is a mindset. Mindset of people who want and can do great things. If you want to develop - at some point you will realise yourself staying here.

Louis N Kolivas: (Wipro Scrum Master) The Scrum Methodology of Agile software development marks a dramatic departure from waterfall management. Scrum and other Agile processes were inspired by its shortcomings. Scrum Methodology emphasizes communication and collaboration, functioning software, and the flexibility to adapt to emerging business realities — all attributes that suffer in the rigidly ordered waterfall paradigm. I support the Agile Manifesto!
