Independent Signatories of
The Manifesto for Agile Software Development

We are uncovering better ways of developing software by doing it and helping others do it. Through this work we have come to value:
  • Individuals and interactions over processes and tools
  • Working software over comprehensive documentation
  • Customer collaboration over contract negotiation
  • Responding to change over following a plan

That is, while there is value in the items on the right, we value the items on the left more.

Sundeep Gupta: (MySystem2) Agile methodologies work and I have used them for over 10 years. They are well suited to my worldview of a complex adaptive system. A single product backlog, responsibility for and accountability by the team, continuously estimating and then calibrating the prediction and the actual, combines the science of production in the face of uncertainty with that of a craftsman’s on the path of mastery. I whole heartedly support the Agile Manifesto.
