The Manifesto for Agile Software Development

We are uncovering better ways of developing software by doing it and helping others do it. Through this work we have come to value:
  • Individuals and interactions over processes and tools
  • Working software over comprehensive documentation
  • Customer collaboration over contract negotiation
  • Responding to change over following a plan

That is, while there is value in the items on the right, we value the items on the left more.

Anderson Fabiano Dums: (Dums Sistemas Inteligentes) Agile software development makes it possible to follow the changes that occur in business.
Igor Gridin.
Sven de Koning: (Centric) I believe in the power of an agile team. The possibility to switch fast and deliver useful software. Software the users want and need and not big documents which do not add any value to the daily process of the user.

saravanan: Agile is simply a magic which reduce lot of work hours and last minute tensions.
Michele Balbusso.
Alberto López: For the time being, I don't see any other way of adding value by just having the words "agile" and "software" stuck together. As Scrum Master, I struggle everyday to be able to make my teams more agile. It's a challenge to make not only development teams agile but the rest of stakeholders within the organisation too.
Daniel Ritchie: I am committed to uncovering better ways of developing software by doing it and helping others do it.
Jack Watt.

Santiago Zubieta: Agile brings a way of doing, responding to, and communicating things dynamically, freeing developers from the rigidness of traditional practices which tend to undermine creativity and responsiveness.
Andrew Hdyan Boltzmann.: (Liberty Fusion, Inc) Agile Software is short, impactful and very strategic. I am so grateful for the mind changing concepts that are designed to teach us how to be effective software developers and to fast think in this brave new world of software.
Johannes Atschreiter.
Paresh Saxena: I fully endorse the Agile manifesto and the principles.
Ithateng Mokgoro: I support the Agile Manifesto and it's 12 principles. Not just for software development, but for the discipline of design in it's totality.
Alex Anisimov.
Michael Hendricks: (SureHosting Internet Solutions)
Carlos A. Gil Nava: I trust.... I believe !
Robert Garner.
Tom Broholm Andersen.
V Chandra Sekaar: I truly aspect these features.
Harish Nair: After having learnt it the hard way, Agile is the way to collaboratively develop and ship a product that a customer would want. Besides the feedback loop is shorter. The Agile values address the key areas of focus and these have worked for me. I live by these and truly endorse the agile manifesto and the Agile values. Harish
Benjamin Chambon.
Prasanna Ganapathi Basavapatna: (Intel Security) I have been in software product engineering for over 24 years now. Have seen the software engineering process evolve over time. Have seen what a heavyweight "first, design it all" approach results in - many quarters of design and development resulting in thousands of defects and quarters of stabilizing periods before a working piece is shipped out. Thus I am excited about the values espoused by the Agile Manifesto.
San Picciarelli: (Yellowberry) In modest and simple words, there is no better way to manage within the myriads of scenarios, behaviors, client types and their specific needs. No project management methodology can be unique to this point. Agile, however, makes itself available to all of these, allowing itself to change as required, without losing the core values all other methodologies should aspire to emulate.
Teguh Fihaiman: (Metrodata)
Ricardo Castelhano.
Antionio Francisco da Silva: (Silva e Estrela Informática Ltda ME)
Steve Liedtke.
Laura Thorpe: (Postcode Anywhere)
Lee Blaylock: (WhoAt.net) Well done and keep up the good work. We're agile too!
