Independent Signatories of
The Manifesto for Agile Software Development

We are uncovering better ways of developing software by doing it and helping others do it. Through this work we have come to value:
  • Individuals and interactions over processes and tools
  • Working software over comprehensive documentation
  • Customer collaboration over contract negotiation
  • Responding to change over following a plan

That is, while there is value in the items on the right, we value the items on the left more.

Fernando Antonio Chacon Saucedo: I'm a professional committed with the advances in technology and new ways on how to deliver the best using the right tools regardless whether the tools belongs to a software package or development framework. I really enjoy to learn every day new ways to adapt the Agile methodologies to my daily activities.
Aleksander Bejma: (AbreSolutions)
Michelle Rhee.
Bruce Gilland PMI-ACP, CSM.
Raghavendra Kumar Reddy.
Jan Groot.
Avishek Arang: The one thing I like the most about being Agile, is human collaboration & coordination to harness change for the customer's competitive advantage by achieving continuous delivery of valuable software
Dennis Malmgren: This turned out to be the foundation for modern software development and modern organizational design. We are ever in debt.
Stanley Huang.
Gisele Ailín Baunaly: Apoyo al manifiesto!
Paolo Maresca: I apply Agility daily with my team and this let me appreciate its foundation: i. qualitative artifacts come first, ii. internal and external in person interactions are enablers and iii. management is a soft and lightweight process just to get things done in distributed context (like offshore teams). Definitely, I want to subscribe the manifesto and I would like to invite other professionals like me to do that and to apply Agility in Software Development on per day basis!
Stephen Starkey: How did I never sign this? I've supported the Agile Manifesto since I discovered it in 2001. Guess I never clicked the button!
Eli Gancena.
Oshan Wisumperuma.
Monica Godoy.
Dennis Schulz: I'm living as an software designer & -architect. Agile brought a whole new understanding of software development and business to me. I like it very much!
ouadie lahdioui: (SQLi) Totally agree with agile manifesto :)
Mazhar yousufzie.
Markus Kügel: (Deutsche Börse AG) Agile only works if all understand how it works and understand their role, including management!
James Puckett: (Puckett Ventures)
Rolando E. Quiros.
Marian Jureczko.
Rein Velt: (Mechanic Ape)
Will Marcouiller: (Société Groupe Conseil WMI) Direct individual interactions often proved to be the most profitable way to communicate with the other Team members and the customer. And because of the work load to change the functional documentation along with the working software to adapt to the changing requirements, it proved more valuable to first better understand the expected software behaviour by trial and errors through working software, then documenting the changes every time a change occured. Once the working software meets those requirements, only then is the functional documentation being written. This allows for a higher and faster response from the Development Team.
Boukehil REZAIGUIA: The Agile concept has changed the way and the method must continue to improve.
Alexander Reznik: (qqart)
Joel Masset.
Brandon Adams.
Miguel Zúñiga: (Seguros Equinoccial)

Esteban: (Sofka Technologies)
Adam Palmer (anrpalmer) CSM: I love seeing the benefits of implementing the agile manifesto into my team. Now, where did I put the popcorn...
Thom Howard: (Epsilon) That we make better software while making better teams, and better lives for us all.
Mátyás Mátyás.
Catalin Balascuta: (Brasov, Romania)
Lisa Combest: (Insperity) I love working in the agile environment. It is so much more organized and pleasant than the waterfall method. Short cycles mean focus and intensity that is lost over the duration of long, long delivery cycles.
Pablo Rosas: (Beeva) Be agile my friend!
Gabe Martin: (Emergency Reporting)
Daniel de Sena Araújo: (NP Info)
Gulsar: (Chembian Technologies Pvt Lt) I am in total agreement with the principle and practices adopted by Agile.
Diego Novellon.
Emre Soner Demir.
Colleen Kirtland: Agile should be endorsed by people and industries. Fundamentally, it leads to a more humane way of working. I wonder if the founders should add something related to that? Healthy people and organizations over harmful profiteering
Ruben Plaza: I believe in Agile.
