Independent Signatories of
The Manifesto for Agile Software Development

We are uncovering better ways of developing software by doing it and helping others do it. Through this work we have come to value:
  • Individuals and interactions over processes and tools
  • Working software over comprehensive documentation
  • Customer collaboration over contract negotiation
  • Responding to change over following a plan

That is, while there is value in the items on the right, we value the items on the left more.

Dennis Comninos: (Quanto Strategies (Pty) Ltd.) Really keen on Agile and want to actively promote the principles in South Africa
Michael Winkler: ( Being agile is essential in the daily struggle of survival. Its sitting duck against the swift fox. Embrace change or the change embraces you. Period.
Dan Larkin: (Internetmarketing)
G U I Ramadasa: ( Agile development methodologies fills the gap resulted from other complex inflexible architectures. I've worked for some small projects having varying set of requirements. I noticed that many conventional methodologies are not suitable for such context. To be or not to be Software Development is commercial industry, and as developers we should be limit our duty to rigid modelling & coding. We should respect to the our customer requirement, since we are involving in businesses0 And we should satisfy them. The succeed of software industry depends on that. Then, what we should adhere other than Agile Manifesto.
Aleksey Aristov: (
Pablo Cuadrado: (Estudio Quadra) The human values promoted by the Agile Manifesto should be taught on the very first years of superior education. They also stick more to reality than the abstract axioms we often heard.
Murray Bishop: Recently, I've been working with people who seem to me to value the things on the right more than those on the left. In conversation with them, I can point to the Agile Manifesto and echo a couple of Martin Luthers: "Here I stand; I can do no other. God help me. Amen!" and "I have a dream ...".
Paul Baugher: (Digital Skyline Studios) The most efficient methodology available today.
Michael Phillip Wong.
Balakrishna N A: (Wipro) I support the agile manifesto b,cos this is way i was/want to work, but the culture, system, standard did not allow me. Now i have a say in the market to prove my point.
Christof Binder: (Freelancer) enforcing other thinking is mostly self-deception
Peter Mourfield: (AllHoursIT)
Dean Morrow: I firmly believe in the Agile values. I believe continuous feedback is critical to refining design. I believe in eliminating waste in all its forms, and that the software industry is in its infancy in this regard.
venkat: (HCL) This is good to help for all
Bob Cimprich: ( I would share my favorite quote, attributed to then General Dwight D Eisenhower:"In preparing for battle, I have found that plans are useless but planning is indispensible" - reflecting the dynamic conditions on a battlefield and the need to adapt and be agile and not "stay the course" when good sense says a course correction is demanded.
Jagadisha G: (IBM Rational)
Janet Fuller: (Perot Systems)
Aseem Saxena: The Agile Manifesto will change the face of software development from Documentation and time consuming processes to the neat software development process environment and ontime delivery. Best Regards Aseem Saxena
Anita Salem: (SalemSystems Inc) Based on my experience working with agile teams, I would ADD in the following qualifiers: (COLLABORATIVE) Individuals and interactions over processes and tools. Working software (AND MODELS)over comprehensive documentation. Customer (AND USER) collaboration over contract negotiation. Responding to (AND PLANNING FOR) change over following a plan.
Jack D. Martin: The Agile Manifesto, and the methods originating from it, are brilliant. This methodology has been a long time in coming. It will harken an era of software development akin to the "enlightenment", succeeding the dark ages of reason.
Kevin Blackman.
GAV Prasad: I Support the Agile Manifesto! A Practical and customer oriented Developement Method
Anil Divekar: (Manas Solutions Pvt Ltd) I am quite sure that agile will not only improve the way software development is done, but also bring a philosophical change in the organization mindset. The focus will slowly but surely move from complexity and hype, to simplicity and effectiveness. However making this journey will require people to move from being "managers" to true "leaders".
Sujith Nair: (pepper square) I support this great Idea
Joel Derstine: (Groundwork Solutions, LLC)
Jorge Maestre Martinez: ( Let`s Rock!
MK sharma: (Amrapali Institute) I want to work with this team , to produce working software
Brad Oyler: (W3Portals,LLC) Attempting "dispersed" agile.
Panos Athanasiou: X-llent
satyavardhan reddy: (Huper LDT) Believein in SCRUM totally
Premdevi Star: (NetExperts Pty Ltd) The customer is always right, and as software development professionals it is our responsibility to deliver real business value. Whatever we do, we should NEVER forget this.
David Fenimore: (Insurance Technologies)
Josh Peck: (
Michael van de Ven: (Sioux Embedded Systems) Many colleagues in my current project at ASML are unaware of already 'doing it the agile way' while the technical board prescribes the classical approach. While demonstrating the many advantages of an adaptive approach in any reserved organisation, do not immediately tell that it's XP or Scrum. After acceptation and adoptation, they will find out themselves. Another excelling point: now software engineers finally get (more) soft skills and improve their social capabilities.
Robert R Millward: (CAS IT) This is refreshing!!!!
Forrest Humphrey.
Jace Wieser.
Rahul Gupta: (Covansys) Agile is the way to be! It is great to work in a project following agile methodology. I think that Agile not only helps customers, it also helps the developers to become better coders, better testers and above all, better human beings.
Bonnie J. Preston.
David Retterer: (Ohio Northern University)
Bill Bin Li: (Goowen Inc.) Agile approaches are the keys of future computing!
Nick Boucart.
Kelly Waters: ( I've just started a blog all about agile development and am keen to contribute to the agile community from my own experience.
Wei Fang.
Andrew Morrison: (Site Outsource) Count me in.
Pascal Gugenberger: ( I firmly believe that the principles and values described in the Agile Manifesto are the foundation of a profoundly better way of executing projects and developing software. The Agile Manifesto publicly marks the beginning of a paradigm shift in software engineering and project management.
Jeff Turner: (BoomBoat) If you truly collaborate with your customer you never really have change, you have continual design.
Gideon Rozin: (Metaform)
Vasant Avhad: (Goldman Sachs)
