The Manifesto for Agile Software Development

We are uncovering better ways of developing software by doing it and helping others do it. Through this work we have come to value:
  • Individuals and interactions over processes and tools
  • Working software over comprehensive documentation
  • Customer collaboration over contract negotiation
  • Responding to change over following a plan

That is, while there is value in the items on the right, we value the items on the left more.

Just not about Software, nurtures every individual on the agile boat and builds a true character within one self. Wow, i love Agile. I love the principles and its becoming the passion. Vibhor Mahajan: (http://www.linkedin.com/in/vibhormahajan) I've personally used SCRUM for a couple of projects and they have been the best executed and the most fun. Would recommend teams and organizations to give SCRUM a try (and I mean the REAL SCRUM and not your own adaptation of SCRUM)

Nicholas Riegel: (ITpedia-Solutions LLC)
Marshall Williams.
Roshan Mushtaq: (Cognizant Technology Solutions)
Alan Gawthorpe: (Future Thought Ltd) Over the years I have noticed that customers rarely value the documentation their IT teams produce nor are they impressed by what methodology is being used (even if it is Agile). What they want is software that works and solves the business problem at hand - even if our understanding of that problem changes. That is why I endorse the Agile Manifesto, because it focuses on why we have been employed to do the job in the first place.
Satoshi Furuichi: I am sure of such declaration being the best thing for a developer and a customer. We try hard for better development and value.
Ryan R: I read these materials to get a better understanding of what this idea of Agile is/was. This helped greatly. Good Work!!
Endre Kazinczy MSc.PMP: After using for quite some time the traditional methodology, I came in contact with Scrum. I learned it, I am using it and now I love it! It is fun, it is human, it works. You should try it! EK.

Salman Khan.
Abisola Olu-akindeinde.
Carlos Irigoyen: For less apprehension and better software.
Sven Wißmann: (Steria Mummert Consulting AG) Thanks for the Agile Manifesto. It is not (only) about the value it delivered, but about the rethinking things, it started.
Ash Minhas: Common Sense and Convention over process is the only way to make sustainable progress.
Arvind Thanvi: (Moinee Systems) While working on our mobile and cloud based products, we realized that, in working, our approach has transitioned from waterfall to agile. Hence started practicing agile in more formal ways with the help of agile project management tools.
David Newby: (Evadan Systems Ltd) I support the agile manifesto
