Independent Signatories of
The Manifesto for Agile Software Development

We are uncovering better ways of developing software by doing it and helping others do it. Through this work we have come to value:
  • Individuals and interactions over processes and tools
  • Working software over comprehensive documentation
  • Customer collaboration over contract negotiation
  • Responding to change over following a plan

That is, while there is value in the items on the right, we value the items on the left more.

Muhammad Naeem Sattar: (Checkin Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd.) I proudly Endorse Agile Manifesto, as I and my team have already implemented and enjoyed the liberty in scope and work, enthusiasm in communication and ideas, more satisfied customers and rapidly blooming projects with limitless ideas to implement, always :) Welcoming every change, every new worthy idea and every new social intuit.
Eduardo de Farias: I agree that the Agile Manifesto adds value to software development.
Alcides Silva: I agree with all of these principles, and I'm an "early adopter" of them long time ago, since the beginning of my career, in the 1980's. Some of these Principles are common sense, the participation of the Client, side by side with the developers was always that a lot of programmers saw, something obvious, but we had to wait until this awakening, congratulations to the authors and the others signatories.
Zulfikarali Barodawala: Collaboration with customers and stakeholders and the interactions between the individuals are so important to develop a world class software product. Variable Scope and Fixed Time Frame - provides more value to the end user.

Régis RALLO: (http://www.regisrallo.com) I was first introduced to agile software development in 2004. Thanks to my friend Laurent LA RIZZA (and the authors) for sharing it with me =o)
Keil Wilson: (PMLNK) Collaborative teams of developers and customers can achieve great things. The foundation of collaboration is communication. The Agile Manifesto and Agile Principles are not a prescriptive process for managing projects, but instead serve as a vision or framework around which teams build their own development or project management processes. The genius of Agile Alliance was to recognize that, while each project and project team faces different challenges, this collaborative philosophy can help focus a team's approach, resulting in more effective, productive project efforts.
Michał Miśta: (Pharma Profit Systems) I see Agile Manifesto accompanied by backdrop of Principles as very practical set of rules which are well-tailored to needs of contemporary market. And the scope is far beyond software development...
Derrin Hill: (Imagine Learning) I am not a programmer. I am a business executive who believes the following values below are all important and that it is appropriate to value the items at the beginning of each bullet point even more: •Individuals and interactions over processes and tools •Working software over comprehensive documentation •Customer collaboration over contract negotiation •Responding to change over following a plan
Michael Stricklen: (Cyrus Innovation) We have embraced these values and principles because we've seen their transformative power in our own teams and with other teams whom we've coached.
Anirudh Sharma: (Anirudh Sharma) AGILE is now mainstream development methodology. Its a known fact that projects executed using AGILE have a less rate of failure, deliver better value and are less tedious.

Dennis TSHIKUDI: (Katanga Mining) We are uncovering better ways of developing software by doing it and helping others do it. That great!
Sagar Kasar: (Shirasmane Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd.) I have been working on Agile Methodology based Xtreme Programming since more than a 7+ years now. Its a great approach to Software Development. It not only helps improve quality of software but also provides significant costs savings. I highly recommend and support the Agile Manifesto.
Ivan Miranda: (JP Morgan Chase)
Stefano Borghi: (NSI)
James Wyllie: I have been working with teams to deliver software with a focus on the principles of Agile for several years. I've found that not only are those teams happier, their stakeholders are too, and so are our customers. Together, we deliver quality, valuable software, frequently.
Andre' Slabber: (Moorelife Designs) Having been in search of the system behind Life for most of my (professional) development, I find Agile is basically a very elegant representation of the concepts that are at the base of my discoveries thus far. And that does not mean it is restricted to software....
Jovana Krsmanovic: (Infostud 3 d.o.o.)
Drew DeNardo: Words mean things. These are good ones (both the words and the meanings).
Fin Kingma: (Capgemini) I love how the manifesto explains agile as a mindset that is based on intrinsic motivation, instead of rules that must be applied.
Heather Zak: (Freeform Solutions)
Cesar Brod: (BrodTec)
Mike Perrin.
Edwin Hanegraaf: (High Tech ICT)
Gina Davidovic: (Bay3000 Corporate Education)
Jorge Mata: (Universidad de Costa Rica) Agile Manifesto brings out the essence of programming: providing solutions. We programmers are capable and witty; let our minds solve the problem.
Robert S. Leitch: (ALM Works) In Agile We Trust Without Agile, the IT industry would still be in the Dark Ages of lumbering, ponderous giants. Now a de-facto measure of accomplishment is how fast you can move. Agility is a defining aspect of successful software development.
Nitin Mogral: Thanks to all the Agile manifesto core signatories in helping to bring in a dose of commonsense to plan and deliver software projects.
Mike Schulke.
raphael goumot: (CREAgile) Convinced by these last 2 years of full practice and more to come ;)
James Arthur Cattell: (Government Digital Service) I've only been working in an agile environment for 18 months, but I hope never to go back to the other methods for delivering digital products. Carrying an emergency agile kit (pens, cards, post-its) has helped capture user stories, both in and outside work. I love this way of working, and I want to learn more.
