We are uncovering better ways of developing software by doing it and helping others do it. Through this work we have come to value:

Individuals and interactions over processes and tools
Working software over comprehensive documentation
Customer collaboration over contract negotiation
Responding to change over following a plan

That is, while there is value in the items on the right, we value the items on the left more.

David L. Gardner: I have come to be convinced, through actual implementation and practice, that the Agile Manifesto works in principle and application. There can be any number of variations on actual implementation in an organization, but I find that I can come back to the basic four points in the Agile Manifesto when working nearly any issue in methodology or approach.
Drilon Mecuku: Agile is the way forward and must be implemented at academic level in a larger scale. Students are agile by nature and agile methodology would help them develop the skills they will use for the rest of their life.
ADRIAN ZARA: It is my desire to implement the Agile principles in my upcoming projects. I believe that the methodologies supported by the Agile discipline will definitely improve the quality not only of the software but also the relationship of team members and all the involved in the project delivery with the customer. It is my belief that the principle surrounding Agile is sound and of great value.
