Independent Signatories of
The Manifesto for Agile Software Development

We are uncovering better ways of developing software by doing it and helping others do it. Through this work we have come to value:
  • Individuals and interactions over processes and tools
  • Working software over comprehensive documentation
  • Customer collaboration over contract negotiation
  • Responding to change over following a plan

That is, while there is value in the items on the right, we value the items on the left more.

Georgios Michalakidis: (Thoughtified Ltd) My business is in favour of iterative development where delivery takes weeks rather than months. This, we believe, should be part of any software business' culture - leading to successful projects - and happy customers. Viva l'agilità!
Guarionex Berrido: I fully support The Manifesto for Agile Software Development. I really beleive in the balanced development where individuals, funcionalities, customers involved and quick response to changes play with processes, tools, contracts. I have been developing since 1988 and at that time we had not formal metodologies but my natural inclination always point to Agile. Thanks to the synergy of those 17 people who interacting for 2 days in Wasatch mountains on February 2001, revealed the Agile Software Development Manifesto.
Andrew Willis: (CustomInk)
Flavio Carballo.
Shruti Kulkarni: I Support the Agile Manifesto!
Adrian Hum: (LGM Consulting)
Rafael Romão: (http://rafaelromao.blogspot.com.br/)
Joe Astolfi: (Central Ohio Agile Association (COHAA)) Allow people the freedom to use their skills collaboratively, and to have true control of their outcomes, and they will produce remarkable and innovative things. Thank you Agile Manifesto signatories for your noble efforts.
Matheus Henrique Reino Martins: (Mens Mentis)
Malcolm Campbell: I've been working in the spirit of this manifesto my whole career. Reality has a tendency to trump bureaucracy where the rubber meets the road.
João Victor: Genexus Developer
Martie Henry: The Agile Software Development principal is critical to the success of an enterprise in the increasingly fast paced technical environment of today. Traditional development cannot possibly adapt quickly enough for competitive advantage, and when complete, is already outdated. Constant communication and response is key to maintaining viable solutions for businesses.
Michał Zalewski.
Roovin Estrellanes.
Ayush Gayaprasad Vijaykumar: (SIG) Indeed pragmatic measures customized to 1. enable people interactions and 2. quick response to meet collaboration goals have a much higher value for working softwares. I thus endorse the agile manifesto.
Steven Warshawsky.
Luis Nava: (InnovAdeo) We're totally agree with the Agile Manifesto and we are taking this as a research part of the InnoVadeo activity.
Ingo Haumann: (TomTom) I've been promoting Agile practices for quite a while now and I'm happy to see it has bridged the gap and gotten to mainstream. Practices is one, mindset is another. I hope more people look harder at the latter because without the proper mindset, no matter how many practices you put into place, you're still not agile.
Brian P. Anderson: (Notionovus LLC) I am a process developer for factory floor systems with 30+ years of software development experience. I can say that the lean principles that are gaining acceptance in manufacturing are just starting to be recognized in the software industry. I suspect the concepts of 'waste', 'inventory', 'single piece flow' and others are not readily apparent in their information technology forms. Thank you for providing a succinct articulation of the key elements of lean in the software development area.
Paul A. Teseny: – Program Manager. Paul is passionate about seeing projects succeed and was an early adopter of the agile method, which he has introduced at 2 organizations since the late-90's. In software development, end users often don’t know what they want or can’t articulate their requirements. With traditional strategies, development rarely delivers what the customer wants even if it is what the customer asked for. Agile methodologies embrace iterations. Small teams working together with end users to building prototypes, proof of concepts, or other visual means to describe the delivered software. This iterative approach gives the end user the opportunity to fine-tune requirements while they’re still relatively easy to change The team defines the requirements for the iteration, develops the code, then defines and runs integrated test scripts and the user verifies the results. Verification occurs much earlier in the development process than it would with more traditional approaches.
Orlando Rangel Compeán.
Rodrigo Ignacio Ojeda Cárcamo.
Nagaraju Srirangam: (Samsung Electronics Co.) I am using Agile methodology last three years and it was showing results in project execution. As the changes were the only constants in Project, Agile can give better mileage than all other s/w models.
Dzordzs Barens: (Dzoka)
Pete Krug: (Vanguard)
Carlos Iglesias: (Runroom)
Sergey Rykov: (http://stackoverflow.com/users/323979/sergio-rykov)
James Hoysa: (Waggware)
Solcelio Costa: Agility is a feature that was missing the software to conquer their permanent space in the evolution of IT to better meet the needs of the companies and people.
ZhuLiming: (Yanzhi) We are uncovering better ways of developing software by doing it and helping others do it. Tessa Harmon: (Knowmad, a Charlotte NC Web Agency) The Agile methodology applies really well to our web projects. We would not be able to deliver successful projects on time and on budget without Agile.
Dolan Murphy.
Andrei Solntsev: (Codeborne)
Nicolas Bayle: I agree with the Agile manifesto principles. Nicolas Bayle
John Fisher: (Rethinking IT, Inc.) I fully endorse the principles of Agile Development outlined in the Manifesto. It is a great example of the power of people working together rather than with competing values.

Wir versuchen unsere Arbeitskultur nach den Werten des Manifests für Agile Softwareentwicklung zu gestalten und kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.
Gausmohiyuddin M. Maniyar: (ValueMomentum Software Services Pvt Ltd) Agile means - It's all about peace, love, and collaboration!!!But agility does not mean anarchy or disarray. To apply agile methods properly, it requires discipline. and discipline comes from principles which are mentioned in the Agile Manifesto. I fully support and endorse "The Manifesto for Agile Software Development".
