The Manifesto for Agile Software Development
We are uncovering better ways of developing
software by doing it and helping others do it.
Through this work we have come to value:
That is, while there is value in the items on the right, we value the items on the left more.

Joe Townsend: I am a big proponent of Agile Methodologies, waterfall does not work and has been the major reason for many large projects failing.
David Morton: (http://portfolio.dgrmm.net) Expectations change, and initial specs never survive. Why worry about hard specs or contracts; better to have open and frequent communication to deliver what the the customer needs, not what you thought they wanted at the start.
Chikunov Evgeniy: (IMPET) Submit!
Oscar A. García Chamalé: I totally agree with and support the Agile Manifesto to create better, working software.
Ryan Mendoza: (Best Buy)
Gramoz Krasniqi: Agile is truly a methodology that emphasis the true meaning of software development which i think is 'collaboration to produce value'. The control of what will be done if events happen instead of seeking control over these events is a central principal to embrace changes which are unavoidable. We are truly grateful for this.
roberto kovacic: (allianz S.p.A.)
Ing. Leticia Molina, PMP (Caracas, Venezuela): Projects are susceptible to change. The Scope have to be Dynamic and according to the Customer's expectations and needs. We have to be focused on the results and encourage the team and the customer to collaborate together for the same goal. We also have to provide the environment that allow the interaction of them.
Christian a Thomas.

Philip Plenckers: (Lost Lemon)
Rob Behler: (Many) When we focus on the result instead of the plan for the result, we succeed much sooner
Richard Brookes: (eFurtherance and progressneedschange.com)
Clinton Billedeaux: (Professional Image) After struggling for a year to teach myself programming while tempering the expectations of my managers, it is nice to have this system which provides a structure for creating expectations and guidelines that my managers and I can agree on.
David Geissler: (http://www.linkedin.com/in/davidgeissler)
Daniel G. Young: Agile is a cultural and behavioral change for organizations and professionals which transcends common day-to-day realities from the past and allows teams to focus more of their energies and skills on success and accomplishment.
Dillon Weyer: If you want to successfully deliver complex projects, and software development is in that category, Agile is the way.
Tamsyn Kent: (3fifteen)
Lars Guillium: (Deutsche Telekom) The agile manifesto is suitable for much more than just for software development! Thanks to all, who have developed and supported it.

Lelala: (http://www.lelala.de) Stumbled upon the agile manifesto while reading 37signals "Getting Real", we can confirm (today) that it accelerated the development processes by a factor of 2 or 3. Beeing able to change the plan & way on every day, if necessary, gives us much more power. (And the devs like it...) So, Henderson is correct when says: "only running software is real"
Peter O'Regan: (Saudi ARAMCO)
Ilan Goldstein: (AxisAgile)
James Becker: (Wireless Generation) Viva La Agile-lution! ~jj
Tara Simpson: (Instil) Just reaffirming my vows, 7 years on.
Robert Soffa: (celum) 100% convinced about the pronciples.
Rade Pobulić: (Parallel, Belgrade) It's fun and it works. Fits well with developers and customers minds.
Jeremy Robinson: (Rally Software Development)
Andreas Papaderos: (http://www.andreaspapaderos.com) Passionate UXer from Athens, Greece.
Adrian Smith: After having done years of this business, it seems we should stop lying to ourselves and our customers that we can get the specification right before building anything. We learn and adjust as we gain information along the way. We must be agile to accomplish this.
