Independent Signatories of
The Manifesto for Agile Software Development

We are uncovering better ways of developing software by doing it and helping others do it. Through this work we have come to value:
  • Individuals and interactions over processes and tools
  • Working software over comprehensive documentation
  • Customer collaboration over contract negotiation
  • Responding to change over following a plan

That is, while there is value in the items on the right, we value the items on the left more.

xuefeng chen: Agile should be the future.
Lasse Junget: (BEC)
Laurens Bonnema: (Xebia)
Alejandro Mitaritonna: (KHU Technologies S.A.) Our company use Agile method in order to develop software. Beside ,we are developing a new method based on Agile Manifesto to work in virtual environments (Off shore development), so, this method is named Capa-3, and we will send it in short time for your consideration.
Dmitry Tysh: (Intercom Business Group, Inc) Agile software development is about proper communication between developers on the project. Such a standard eliminates several common development risks and promotes a top notch product at highest standard economically and quickly.
Luca Padulazzi.
Larry Cohen: (http://software-quality-strategist.blogspot.com/) I definitely support The Manifesto for Agile Software Development. Interestingly... for the past 20 years, I have been an advocate of Test Driven Development (TDD - one of my favorite agile practices in eXtreme Programming). I still have a large button that was given out at a conference in the mid-80s, that said in large letters: "TEST, THEN CODE" - which people at that time thought was a joke... Finetix, where I am Director of the Software Quality Practice, delivers high quality systems through the application of agile development principles. Over the years, we have delivered numerous, complex, technical solutions for Wall Street firms, and are now formally utilizing SCRUM to produce even better software.
Reagan Thomas: one of the best methods. n our organistion has been using this for quite sometime..
Alvaro Vilela: (HP) The approach is actual and better than traditional management. In my opinion the client and the supplier will be satisfied with this method. Congratulations !!!
Steve Carton: (Retrieval Systems Corporation)
Pankaj Jetley.
Jason Rogers.
Jerry D. Odenwelder Jr.: (Borland Software) This is what Software Development is all about.
Arun Joseph: (Siemens) Agile Development Model and its emerging methodologies are most relevant in today's customer savvy scenario , as the customer is known to all technological advancements.. As in software organizations the utilization of creativity of the developers this model provides a near-perfect solution
Jonathan Rayback.
Katchy Benni: (LakeVal limited Lagos Nigeria) I subscribe to this manifesto.
Andrew Fedoniouk: (Terra Informatica Software) Agile Development Process is the most, I would say, humanistic way of creation of end user software in this rapidly changing world. In fact such a software must not be something carved in the stone but must be a constant dialog between Software Designer and User.
Marcos Almeida: (A&D Sistemas) These Manifesto shouted out everything I felt about software development.
Adhish Gupta.
Caroline Smigocki.
atif bilal: (wells fargo)
Greg Damian: But the waterfall method worked so well! - Any effort that is not value added to the customer should be minimized if not destroyed.
Alvin J. Alexander: (Mission Data) We use eXtreme Programming, Scrum, and have developed other customer-specific agile processes to develop software applications, and wholeheartedly agree with the agile values.
Jon Meads: (Usability Architects, Inc.) Doing what's reasonable and remaining flexible while recognizing the importance of knowledge, process, and experience.
N.Somasundaram: (Mindlogicx Infotech Ltd)
Kiran Nataraj: (http://rohva.blogspot.com)
Vincent Fong: (ACNielsen) All rules are meant to be broken. It's not the breaking of the rules but how the rules are broken, when and why.
Chris Winchester.
Amber Mikesell: (Solution Delivery Partners, Inc.) Continue driving forward.
Erick Rivas: (Web 2.0 Labs) Having been involved in the Object, Components, and Frameworks business for nearly 20 years, I can attest to the benefits of incorporating Agile+XP+RUP+SOA+Scrum best practices into our software development methods. Especially important for the rapid, iterative development and management of today's Web 2.0/AJAX-style Composite Applications.
Daniel Peters: (Mirabeau B.V.) Working in Project Management in a company developing Web applications, I often face the problem of dealing with late-emergent/changing requirements. Dealing with these in a way which keeps my customers and the developer team happy can be quite a struggle. I strongly believe adopting the Agile approach and principles is a major step towards achieving that goal.
Paul Bartlett: (signed as individual)
ashutosh pratap singh.
Sanjay Dhar: (Veterans Health Administration) Agile process is actually something that can get stuff done in big and slow organizations. I have practiced it and now believe in it.
Bron Davies: (http://www.brondavies.com) be an advocate of progress - wherever you are, whatever you do.
Numaan Chaudhry: (Imperial College London) After our lecturer enlightened us with agile methodologies, I was converted! Keep me updated please! Numaan.
George Goodyer: (Thawte Consulting)
Kerry Buckley: (BT) When the board of a company like BT mandates agile development (http://tinyurl.com/mlhh9), you know it's become mainstream!
David Sullivan-Nightengale.
Kashif Choudhry: (XActQA) I welcome this open approach as the new frontier in software development. As we build better and more efficient tools to facilitate software development, the need for automating mundane documentation processes in a more effecient manner becomes obvious - and which cannot be met by traditinal documenting. Being a champion of QA - I have always searched for more efficient ways of documenting and have been developing and practicing some ideas to keep pace with rapid software development methodologies while not compromising on quality and documentation. Bravo for being the torchbearers in this new concept. Kashif.
John Paul Ashenfelter: (Transitionpoint)
Jeffrey Morgan: (eXPect more)
Bernard Apolinario: (Solutions Inc of California)
Craig Steffler: (SeaPerl Development) Funny how logic answers more questions than just those for the programmer. Our motto should be "the needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few or the one". It just make sense. The trick for programmers is to still be able to communicate outside development circles.
Richard Munroe: (Cottage Software Works, Inc.) I certainly subscribe to the individual items in the manifesto...as long as both parties are trustworthy. Tragically (and I've found this out the hard way) the manifesto breaks down when the parties disagree. In this country (US) it seems to always come down to liability.
Battistel Fabrice.
Keith Toler.

Kamaljit Singh: (R Systems International Limited) Hats off to u all
