Independent Signatories of
The Manifesto for Agile Software Development

We are uncovering better ways of developing software by doing it and helping others do it. Through this work we have come to value:
  • Individuals and interactions over processes and tools
  • Working software over comprehensive documentation
  • Customer collaboration over contract negotiation
  • Responding to change over following a plan

That is, while there is value in the items on the right, we value the items on the left more.

Lenandlar Singh: (University of Guyana) I like the ideas presented in the Agile Manifesto even though i'm yet to be fully convinced about the extent to which the purists are 'biggin up' the Agile way of doing things. Maybe this is because i'm yet to work on a project that has practiced agility. In theory everything is perfect.
Carlos Antonio de Oliveira: (JTeam) Social engineering it's the key to all software developments, the agile method it's the mechanism to achieve quality software and low cost

Reza Arbabi: After close to ten years of software development, I come to the conclusion that Agile methods are the only way for a headache-free development of a software system. Fuzziness and evolution are keys to the successful development of a software application, which both get lots of respect in an agile process.
