Individuals and interactions over processes and tools
Working software over comprehensive documentation
Customer collaboration over contract negotiation
Responding to change over following a plan

That is, while there is value in the items on the right, we value the items on the left more.

Shaina Dadah: I am new to software development but feel that this manifesto embodies the ideals of intelligent production. The customer should be able to see our progress and our progress should come quickly and be thorough. Following the Agile Manifesto allows our work to be flexible but enduring.
RANBIJAY KUMAR: I am a Sr. Engineer of the mobile based company, after gone through the SCRUM process, really I am impressed. I have a plan to suggest and implement the same concept , when I would be start my own company.It's really wonderful to inspiring the individual one for managing the organization culture and its growth .
