Independent Signatories of
The Manifesto for Agile Software Development

We are uncovering better ways of developing software by doing it and helping others do it. Through this work we have come to value:
  • Individuals and interactions over processes and tools
  • Working software over comprehensive documentation
  • Customer collaboration over contract negotiation
  • Responding to change over following a plan

That is, while there is value in the items on the right, we value the items on the left more.

Cédric Pontet: (Agile Partner S.A.) When I heard the fist time about the Agile Manifesto and read it, every statement in there appeared so obvious to me, that I told myself : exactly, that's how it should be, that's what I wanna do. Since then, I have been trying to improve my abilities as an agile practitioner, still so far from the great minds who originally created it, but getting there... slowly but surely.
Rohit Jaggi: (Delloite)
Marc Bless: (http://marcbless.blogspot.com/) Be agile! Avoid being AgileBut!
Manuel Cobos: (Noproblem Solutions) Absolutely Great Manifesto! We base our metodology in what we name: "Keep It Simple Solutions", (We prefered change Stupid ;-)) and this philosophy match great with Agile Manifesto.
Cecilia Orosco: (Euraltia) We have been working with Agile Manifesto for 5 years without know it!!! When we read Agile Manifesto we only have to be agree with it !!

Sundarraj Kaushik: (TCS) Wish to introduce agile development in my Organization. A difficult task in an Organization which is neck deep in ISO, SEI CMM, Quality Process and so on and it is more difficult if one is undervalued, unwanted "Technical Architect".

Kevin Elliott: (WeLike, LLC) I've long needed to take a stand and become a signatory. Having been exposed to Agile for so many years now, I found myself surrounding myself, still, with people who did not appreciate the agile approach to solving problems. After much thought, today I've made the stand to become a signatory, and whenever I encounter resistance to this practice, I will do my best to encourage and nurture these individuals to take an agile approach.

Nicholas Field: (IT Project Manager) Sometimes the obvious is the most difficult to identify. I've been using agile based software for development for two years, and I find it most intuitive and productive.
Jay Sanders: (Mindtonic Intuitive Web Development) Using the Agile Manifesto, I work to develop intuitive web applications with a strong focus on the customer and collaboration.

Max Bareis: (Barecon)
Frederic Panek: It's been few months since I have started reading about Agile. Meanwhile I also took the ScrumMaster training and I started to lead and train my company to use Agile. My boss today asked me to prepare more trainings and presentations so I can become an Agile trainer. He asked me if I was ok with that. I felt so happy inside that I wanted to tell him that I actually dreamed about Agile.
Fan-Chao Meng : I like you, agile!!

Naveed Anis Khawaja: (Morphilibrium Limited) Agile manifesto is to Software Development Lifecycle - what air is to life. Air - You breathe it so often everyday that it becomes part of the nature and you don't notice it till you are threatened about its availability. Agile - You use it so often everyday that it becomes part of the nature and you don't notice it till you are threatened about its availability.
Rachel Scott: (LevelTen Interactive)
Humberto Hernandez: (ITBrain) We promote agile development methods because they are compatible with our vision and with our experience in software development.
Valiant: Good work guys. Keep it going....
Joseph Stephens: (Capgemini) The agile methodology is the most intuitive software development methodology out there today. I use this process in all my development endeavors and have done so for several years now.
Quentin Bailey: (Don't Buy Software)
Dr. Christian Uhrig: (Algorithmic Solutions Software GmbH)
Alan Horton: Since the mid 90s I knew Iterative development was working for the project teams I managed. After reading Agile & Iterative Development (A Manager's Guide)by Craig Larman and Agile Software Development with Scrum by Ken Schwaber and Mike Beedle, I was able to map the concepts that were working to the reasons why. I encourage everyone that has ever developed or managed software to sit down with an open mind and read these and other related books; it will likely change how you view development forever, then join one of the active agile groups in your area.
Steven J. Rovell: (Stellar Services (US Army) ) I have been using Iterative and Agile Development/PM for well over 4 years. It allows me to create credibility with and show value to the customer. I believe it allows teams to be more creative while decreasing stress in the midst of constantly changing requirements. Although new Agile software and tools have made this type of development easier, it can be accomplished using readily available tools like Excel, MS Project, Word and SharePoint.
