Independent Signatories of
The Manifesto for Agile Software Development

We are uncovering better ways of developing software by doing it and helping others do it. Through this work we have come to value:
  • Individuals and interactions over processes and tools
  • Working software over comprehensive documentation
  • Customer collaboration over contract negotiation
  • Responding to change over following a plan

That is, while there is value in the items on the right, we value the items on the left more.

George Krol: I do endorse the principles of the Agile manifesto!
Rodrigo Ap. F. Tomazini: (RC Brasil)
Charles Harless.
John Mallory: As an IT Project Manager, I have found the agile approach to be the only approach that is aligned with reality and adequately accounts for the complexities, imperfections, and caprice that is the human element.
Stephen Riley: As a PMI Certfied Project Manager, I have come to realize that Agile principles deliver better results in innovative, software development type projects. The teams who work in this way are also happier and more challenged, resulting in better quality, and an organization that manages its knowledge better. PMBOK principles are still valuable in managing the environment the project lives in, so the ideal is the best of both worlds.
Alejandro Miralles: (FPA Software)
YingHua: (ChinaUnionPay) Embrace Change.
William J McKibbin: (William J McKibbin PhD LLC) I endorse promoting individuals and interactions, working software, customer collaboration, and responding to change as valuable tenets for agile software development and success.

Raveendran: (http://raveendran.wordpress.com) AGILE -- The simple word gives answer for the below Questions, 1. Why we need to spend more time for documentation before starting the work ? 2. Why the person/resource doing same kind of works ? 3. Who knows today's output ? 4. How much time it will take to complete this task ? 5. Who is my client ? These are all few imp points only.
Richard Gaskin: (Fourth World) Through adoption of agile practices we're coordinating our teams better, producing more visible results for owners, and most importantly putting features in customers' hands faster. The transition required some new forms of self-discipline for all of us to adopt, but the payoff has ultimately delivered more freedom and flexibility in how we pursue product growth.
Terry Mork: (MasterCard Worldwide)
Vasilios Toukas: (Nokia Siemens Networks)
Ricardo Gonzalez.
Rebekah Ingall.
Rob Cushing.
John Anderson: (ChiTEQ Inc.) I fully support the Agile Manifesto. My only suggestion is that I would replace the word "software" with "product", since the same principles are applicable to nearly all forms of product development. (This includes internal work products that are consumed by internal customers of an organization).
Ugur KARA: (KR Industrial IT)
Janusz Jeske: (Oracle)

Vesa Mattila: The best way to make new services!
Luis Pons Puiggros.
Massachusetts Insurance Company: (Massachusetts Insurance Company) We have tried many techniques of eXtreme programming, such as pair development, RUP etc, but Agile is the most valuable one for us.
Chris Allmark: (Allmark Consulting)
Koushik Majumder: (West Bengal University of Technology)
Nathan Stout: (General Electric) Optimistically looking forward to the end of analysis paralysis. Live, learn, and agile!
Massachusetts lawyers: (Massachusetts lawyers) Providing you're a PM or software developer, you decently need to try both Scrum and Agile in your practice. This could help you a lot!
MedicBuzz: (Medic Buzz) Agile and scrum are the golden nuggets of software development.
Dipak Parmar: (TANJss) I am a experienced IT professional and software development is one area that success was low with on-time delivery.... however since using Agile using Scrum the success rate has gone up.. but more important the Customer is engaged early and can see "actual" tangle progress and "product".... thank you thank you thank you
Joel Masset: (Thomson Reuters) Agile is a cultural change more than a process. A way to achieve things collectively, rather than try get commitments from others and prove they do not deliver on it. It is a way to pragmatically consider reality, rather than systematically look at the theory. And I believe all of this is very well summarized in the manifesto
Björn Jensen.
Mike Balak: (McAfee) We all succeed or fail by our ability to satisfy our customers, both internal and external. Rapid development coupled with high customer participation in the development cycle is your best receipe for success!
