I believe it comes more naturally to most people and anything that reduces or eliminates reams of documentation and diagrams is automatically on my 'A' list. The best analogy I can offer is a coach or manager of a team. You know the basics of how the game will go but you need to be able to modify as the game goes on, adjusting to events occurring during the game, and this is how I believe all software should be developed.
