Independent Signatories of
The Manifesto for Agile Software Development

We are uncovering better ways of developing software by doing it and helping others do it. Through this work we have come to value:
  • Individuals and interactions over processes and tools
  • Working software over comprehensive documentation
  • Customer collaboration over contract negotiation
  • Responding to change over following a plan

That is, while there is value in the items on the right, we value the items on the left more.

Grant Crawley: (D. Grant Crawley Ltd) I've been writing software professionally for 20 years. Even before the Agile Manifesto came into existence I followed most of it's principles. Since reading the manifesto and studying Agile I have become a strong proponent of Agile as a development PM methodology and now follow that model whenever possible. I also believe that the same methodology can be applied to all kinds of development projects, and not just IT.
Sreeman Mishra: (Wells Fargo, India)
Leon Sabarsky: (BCBSNC) I strongly endorse the use of the Agile Manifesto in guiding Agile methodology implementations. I've been using the Manifesto since 2008. I'm always asking myself, "Am I 'Being Agile' or 'Doing Agile'?" I believe that its harder to 'Be Agile'.
TNV Balaji: (TNVBalaji) Agile gives the opportunity to work as a team and to help each other in order to complete the project and deliver on time. I love Agile Methodology !
