Independent Signatories of
The Manifesto for Agile Software Development

We are uncovering better ways of developing software by doing it and helping others do it. Through this work we have come to value:
  • Individuals and interactions over processes and tools
  • Working software over comprehensive documentation
  • Customer collaboration over contract negotiation
  • Responding to change over following a plan

That is, while there is value in the items on the right, we value the items on the left more.

Consequently, projects that are built around motivated individuals can be trusted. I believe it provides a better understanding of the real business needs and a more intimate alignment between business and IT.

User stories that yield user-testable function. Works. Plan only the next iteration in detail, follow-on iterations in general. Works. Deliver usable functions in user's opinion with each iteration. Works. Egoless programming. Works. Pair Programming. Fails (Sorry, Kent). Pair Review of Analysis (not analysis paralysis). Works.
Faiza Yousuf: (Frontal Labs) I Support the Agile Manifesto!
