software by doing it and helping others do it.

Jacques Lebrat Dantan: I fully support the Agile Manifesto and its principles as it has strongly proven its success in projects. Michael Maretzke: The Agile Manifesto's origin are in Software Development. But the essence turns out to be universal to a lot of organizational challenges of today's world. It is a very helpful set of values and stimulates conversation about company values and the way collaboration between people should / could be organized. Alan Hummer: Agile is how I think, how I breath and how I live. A philosophy for software development, a philosophy for life. Whilst I accept it's foundation in software development I like to think that it can be equally beneficial in all parts of a business and it's functions. Paul Pobursky: I agree, adopt, and value the principles of the Agile Manifesto! Alejadro Amo: (IT Experts Alliance) Ann Scheck: (SCSS ) Ismael Jonas Galván Hernández: (UNAM) Yo también estoy convencido de que las cosas pueden ser mejores y se pueden hacer de una mejor manera. Rune Brahe Bjerregaard: Stay true! Chris Monahon: (XeoMatrix Incorporated) "Adopting the four basic values of the Agile Manifesto is the path to great software, better business, and happy customers." Jim Pierce: (eBay PayPal BillMeLater) Even before the agile manifesto arrived, I was learning and doing the Microsoft Solutions iterative process, which back then was ground breaking science on how to build software with rapid iterations, etc... When the agile manifesto arrived, we embraced it as something we all recognized. Over a decade later we still seem to struggle on the exact mechanics of Agile. It's important to never lose sight of the original manifesto principles. Kevin Goff: After all these years, I still love the simplicity and power of the manifesto! It sums up in so few words that developing great software is fundamentally about people - disciplined, thinking people working together to solve complex problems in an ever-changing world. Tomas Zadrapa: (Spades) I do it 10 years and didn't know about it. This is my phylosophy and I am very happy to know that I am not alone. In my previous job it was something bad. Greg Fehrs: The timeline for software development thus expense both hard dollars and time to offering has expanded past acceptabe delivery. Reducing both will pay ongoing dividends to the Bank's ability to increase both that competitive edge and customer satisfaction! Gustavo Nogueira dos Reis: Ecletic Web Developer Adam Bramblet: (BofA) Agile framework is in my opinion the best way to manage a project. It allows for the ebb and flow of todays business enviroment. Simon Johnson: (Derby County Football Club) Jeff Runkel: I agree! BEZOMBES: (RECIPROQUE) Daniel Corbett. Larry Hubatka: I've been in the business long enough to realize that there are three fundamental constraints that must be faced head-on to realize opportunities that come our way: time, thought, & action. Simplicity & intuitive application is head and shoulders better than excruciatingly detailed artifacts. Being able to capture what you need, when it presents itself lets an Agile team focus on the opportunities instead of the tools. Fawaz Ahmed. Anish K Michael: (SOD Technologies) I support Agile Manifesto. Being a Software Tester , am quite satisfied with this method. I hope this will help to make a good relationship with the client.
