Independent Signatories of
The Manifesto for Agile Software Development

We are uncovering better ways of developing software by doing it and helping others do it. Through this work we have come to value:
  • Individuals and interactions over processes and tools
  • Working software over comprehensive documentation
  • Customer collaboration over contract negotiation
  • Responding to change over following a plan

That is, while there is value in the items on the right, we value the items on the left more.

Mike Anderson: (MEA Strategic Solutions) After many years as a developer, project manager, and CIO, I wholeheartedly endorse the principles of Agile software development. "While there is value in the items on the right, we value the items on the left more."
Jerry M. Languirand, PMP: As a PMI certified Project Management Professional since 2003 and an I.T. and Finance professional since 1986, I have seen many kinds of "Methodologies" in I.T., Finance and Business. Agile, when executed correctly, IS BY FAR the best PM methodology in my opinion. Like Albert Einstein said: “If you can't explain it to a six year old, you don't understand it yourself.” and “Make everything as simple as possible, but not simpler.” I Support The Agile Manifesto!

Sebastian Audet: (Trine University) Re-affirming my life-long commitment to the Agile Process, in everything that I do.
James Warren: (Wipro Technologies) I have been inadvertently following the "Agile" method (not just for software development) since I first started in the computer field in 1995. It increases client satisfaction and results in a better final product.

Šadi Matar: I fully support the Agile Manifesto in what I also believe, and that is the 4 values endorsed for better ways of developing software. I am incorporating these values in my everyday work and i can see a big shift to the better in the results.
Antonio La Barba: (http://www.antoniolabarba.com) I believe that, in its simplicity, the Agile manifesto effectively summarize the Agile approach: interacting more, focus on features and customer needs and be confortable in changing your product or strategy to continuously improve. I always try to put in practice those principles. During my professional experience I've been getting tremendous advantage from using the Agile methodology.

Melissa Bader: (IT Architecture Consulting) As a PMP certified PM, and a former Infrastructure architect, I have known many problems come from a "round hole square peg" approach. There is no one size fits all that works for every scenario. I am embracing Agile to have yet another tool available in my tool kit to use when needed. Thank you for developing the process and in site to make things better for all of us.
Kashif Akram: (PMP, Project Management Institute) I have read and inspired, most revolutionizing point is accept changes even in last stage of development...

Sam Sena: The Agile manifesto is an act of change. - It represents a paradigm on how we develop code that first and foremost represents value to users or customers. - It also represents a leap of faith, since proper adoption of Agile requires organizations to discard long held tools and beliefs in place of getting close to their customer - It is a democratic process. I have not seen an environment that truly benefited from Agile without the stakeholders first embracing the philosophy of Agile. I am glad to be able to endorse and support this manifesto.
Dimitra Kazakou: I fully agree and support the Manifesto.
John Horback.
Rao Penumudi: (CapGemini) For me, the agile methods are about bringing back the enjoyment of Testing in Phase wise to deliver better quality product as it is very easy to plan for Develop/Testing successful software in close collaboration with my clients, the very reasons most of us came to programming computers in the first place. Thanks, folks! I'm proud to be part of a new beginning..
