Independent Signatories of
The Manifesto for Agile Software Development

We are uncovering better ways of developing software by doing it and helping others do it. Through this work we have come to value:
  • Individuals and interactions over processes and tools
  • Working software over comprehensive documentation
  • Customer collaboration over contract negotiation
  • Responding to change over following a plan

That is, while there is value in the items on the right, we value the items on the left more.

Parikshit Basrur: (Art of Agility) In the words of Yoda, Jedi Master "Do or Do Not - there is no Try". I believe that the way forward is Agile, with a capital A. It is in our DNA, it is our karma to unschool our previous learning and adapt as human beings (and not doings) to solve wicked problems to make the world of work truly a joyous and a noble experience.

Through agile way, I'm working actively on many social engineering experiments working the system for betterment of society I live in and had some greatest learnings from life. It is a wonderful thing to live the agile way! I suddenly realized that I have not signed this yet and here it is... my endorsement.

Anthony J. Andrade Jr.: (Navigators Insurance) For me, Agile has been a cultural shift, in business software development, of the same magnitude as the shift from functional to object oriented programming. In both cases, you freed from worrying about details that others consider important to focus on the most critical elements.
Aurelien Beraud: I fully support the Agile Manifesto and its principles. Agile is the way forward if we want to create successful software with real value.
Peter Trembeczki: (Freelancer) I agree with every point of the manifesto. I work mainly on the user/client side of web design projects. Only reading about the agile method helped me come up with effective solutions that help my projects develop quicker.
Oscar Miras Ortiz: (HoundLine S.L.) I believe in this Agile Manifesto. Not only for developers, but also for customers that are aware on our will to make good software.
Mat Witts: (XP-IT)
Raul Natu.
Wael Nawara: (Horizon Studios) The agile approach is a total philosophy which invites adoption of a different paradigm in doing everything and not just the development process itself. It is a natural approach because it responds to change and values people rather than procedures, a working product rather than some description of the product and working with rather than against customers! But these simple principles require major organizational and managerial shifts in the way things are thought and done.
Kaleo Paderes: (ArdentMC) I support the Agile Manifesto.
Mboneni: (ThoughtWorks)
Thomas Bibb: (Exascale) Here at Exascale we follow the Lean Business Methodology meaning we operate in a agile way; giving us the ability to deliver new functionality, services and respond to change much faster than our competitors.
Samuel K. Obeng: Definitely the silver bullet in software engineering.
