Independent Signatories of
The Manifesto for Agile Software Development

We are uncovering better ways of developing software by doing it and helping others do it. Through this work we have come to value:
  • Individuals and interactions over processes and tools
  • Working software over comprehensive documentation
  • Customer collaboration over contract negotiation
  • Responding to change over following a plan

That is, while there is value in the items on the right, we value the items on the left more.

Erland Riis Lavsen: (#RIISonline) Both as a business developer and a software architect, outcomes has always been priority nr. 1. And from my years as a consultant I have learn the many ways a waterfall project can fail and cause huge amounts of waste. So I highly recommend the Agile way of working - it's just smarter!
Abhijeet Verma: (Principal Financial Group) I endorse the ideology behind Agile Manifesto. The primary idea of a software is to provide business value and serve business objective(s). Hence in an Agile environment, getting a working software is a faster reality.

Steve Robison: (http://srobison.com) There's a poetic elegance in the simplicity of this approach, this mindset. Valuing production over measurement and planning, philosophy over process; quality software is self-evident.

Ralph D. Wilson II: (Independent Database Developer) The Manifesto for Agile Software Development, and especially The Principles Behind the Agile Manifesto, are a concise representation of the approach and techniques for software development that I was taught almost 5 decades ago and that I have employed throughout my career. The combination of the Manifesto and the Principles have proven far more successful than any other approach I have ever encountered. The results of their use will be not only software/systems that are more robust, resilient, and user-friendly but also happier and more productive development teams, happier customers/end-users, and, in general, less stressful management.
