I have a great respect for all of it's founders and the bodies of work that have contributed to the ongoing evolution of ideas in this area. And I must say the Agile Manifesto is pretty close in intention though it is for software projects, however same principles can readily be applied in our lives. If we start to value our interactions with individuals around us - family, friends, colleagues and even our customers as all are human beings, and strive towards working together in collaboration by helping each other in any adversaries, problems or situations in life (since nothing is constant and things keep changing) then we may very well achieve the true meaning of life. Jobin Mathew: Our organization adopted agile software development (Scrum) in early 2014 from waterfall. We have seen significant improvements in project successes, team morale and business value derived. I personally cannot think of going back to a non-iterative method of doing work.
