The Manifesto for Agile Software Development

We are uncovering better ways of developing software by doing it and helping others do it. Through this work we have come to value:

Individuals and interactions over processes and tools
Working software over comprehensive documentation
Customer collaboration over contract negotiation
Responding to change over following a plan

That is, while there is value in the items on the right, we value the items on the left more.

From what I have learned through trial and error,when there are too many unknown's in a project which is usually the case in Vista Migration,following agile methodology and principles is most efficient. Clément Bouillier: I totally agree with this manifesto, I think it will be a growing approach. At least I hope, I do not believe in traditional 'heavy' methodologies to lead to successful projects, depends on what we call success ;). Personnaly, I think success is valuable softwares for customers, i.e. that answer to their needs.
