Independent Signatories of
The Manifesto for Agile Software Development

We are uncovering better ways of developing software by doing it and helping others do it. Through this work we have come to value:
  • Individuals and interactions over processes and tools
  • Working software over comprehensive documentation
  • Customer collaboration over contract negotiation
  • Responding to change over following a plan

That is, while there is value in the items on the right, we value the items on the left more.

Srinivas Vadrevu: Agile Manifesto and the 12 principles have helped me gain customer satisfaction in the many projects I have worked on. I have no hesitation signing my name on this.
Petr Kozelek: ( I find agile approach as highly efficient development methodology. It reduced the risk of failing projects. My experience is that software delivered with agile approach is not cheaper to develop but it is markedly better quality and the level of trust among our customers and developers is enormous.

Bernhard Leisch: (BeKa Software) The agile approach is a bit like democracy. It is not perfect, but it is the best we have at the moment.
Robert Brutus: I highly support the Agile Manifesto. The core principal shows a true understanding and reality of Software Development. With Stakeholder participation and flexibility of team members to welcome changes and work toward providing working software, the ultimate benefactor is always going to be the end user and the bottom line of a successful company. I also enjoy the absence of shocks that usually accompanies last minute surprises. Everyone is on the same page.

Michael Brandt: Following an agile process is the most effective way to learn. Learn about software engineering and learn about the domain.
RAGHAVENDRA: (MINDLANCE) Implementation of agile for our product has added mre business value to win over competitors. Interestingly, attrition is reduced due to employee satisfaction.
Le Yang: (SAS institute Inc.)
Timm Elrod: Just as in lean manufacturing and supply chain, small frequent batches combined with close and frequent customer interaction by far outperforms any other methodology I have experience in my 20+ years. Thank you for articulating this concept for software.
Daniel Conde Garcia.
